The Morning Loop Lab
Every morning tells a story. Who you are, what you value, and the energy you choose to bring into the world all starts with your morning routine. In this 90-minute experiential lab, you’ll design that story intentionally.
Guided by Wolf and Josh, you’ll move from reflection to ritual design, exploring how sensory cues like breath, scent, light, sound, and movement can shape your state and identity. Using the WORK-SELF Ritual Builder, you’ll architect your own “morning loop”: a micro-structure that anchors attention, intention, and identity.
This is a practice. You’ll feel, design, and embody your ritual in real time.
Format
5-min opening grounding: Breath ritual to reset and arrive
10-min mini talk: Why Rituals Beat Resolutions — the science of repetition and identity
25-min group exercise: Map your cue → anchor → reflection loop
20-min sensory design practice: Choose your scent, sound, or movement signature
15-min pair share: “What does my morning say about me?”
10-min reflection: Commit to your new ritual through a WORK-SELF Ritual Card
WORK-SELF Integration
Throughout the lab, you’ll interact with QR stations linking to:
Morning Loop Creator: design your ritual digitally
