Wolf Magdelinic
FOUNDER & CEO
Wolf spent 20 years at PwC, CIBC, and Deloitte defining the operating models organisations use when they restructure. He co-founded Overbond, an AI platform deployed at Wells Fargo, Mizuho, and other Tier 1 financial institutions with a 17-claim US patent, and exited in 2024. He founded WORK-SELF because the human side of transformation, the layer that determines whether a restructuring delivers or fails, had no systematic product.

Dr. John O'Dwyer
EXECUTIVE & SALES LEADER
Dr. John O’Dwyer has spent decades advising boards and executive teams on strategy, organisational change, and transformation. He is an Adjunct Professor and Executive-in-Residence at the Rotman School of Management. At WORK-SELF, John connects Maya to enterprise operating-model change, shaping executive alignment, decision ownership, and the organisational conditions required for AI-enabled transformation.

Abinesh brings experience across AI strategy, B2B SaaS startups and business operations. He worked in AI and data strategy at Accenture before moving into founder-side roles across product, partnerships and go-to-market. At WORK-SELF, he supports business development, enterprise strategy and client delivery.
