We exist at the intersection of two problems that have never been solved together. Individuals facing AI-driven career disruption lack the tools to understand where they genuinely fit in a changed landscape. Organisations running transformation programmes lack the intelligence to know which employees are ready, which need support, and which are weeks from a quiet exit. WORK-SELF addresses both through a proprietary identity graph, an AI workforce transition agent, and a network of certified coaches working in concert.

The scale of what is happening to the workforce is not incremental. AI is restructuring roles, workflows, and career paths faster than any previous technology transition. Most organisations have a plan for the operational side of that change. Very few have a credible answer for the human side, which employees will adapt, which will struggle, and what each person specifically needs to land well. Our vision is to make that answer available to every organisation running a transformation programme, and to every individual navigating one.

Wolf Magdelinic
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Wolf spent 20 years at PwC, CIBC, and Deloitte defining the operating models organisations use when they restructure. He co-founded Overbond, an AI platform deployed at Wells Fargo, Mizuho, and other Tier 1 financial institutions with a 17-claim US patent, and exited in 2024. He founded WORK-SELF because the human side of transformation, the layer that determines whether a restructuring delivers or fails, had no systematic product.

Josh Thompson Persaud
CO-FOUNDER & COACHING LEADER
Josh is an ICF- and AC-qualified career coach with over 6 years of experience supporting professionals through high-stakes career transitions. They lead product development, the WORK-SELF Coach Hub network, and the onboarding of certified practitioners onto the platform, confirming coaching quality. Their role is to ensure that the human layer of WORK-SELF is as rigorous as the technology layer.
