Wolf Magdelinic is Co-Founder and CEO of WORK-SELF, the Career Intelligence Platform building the operating system for career decision-making in the age of AI.

Wolf is a second-time founder with a demonstrated exit. He founded Overbond AI in 2015, a capital markets AI platform recognized globally for breakthroughs in AI predictive analytics and fixed income data aggregation. The company served leading institutional clients and, under Wolf's technical leadership, secured a 17-claim US patent covering multiple AI innovations. That patent portfolio and the architectural thinking behind it directly inform WORK-SELF's proprietary agentic AI system and Cohort of Influence data layer.

Wolf holds a BEng in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Ivey Business School. He founded and led an AI R&D laboratory with 30+ PhD researchers at HEC Montréal, Concordia, and Queen's University, and brings 20+ years of applied experience across AI data processing, quantitative structuring, and enterprise transformation.
