Features: Community and Coaching

Community & Coaching is the human support layer of WORK-SELF. It exists to ensure that you don’t do this work in isolation, your decisions are grounded in reality, and you stay accountable even when things feel challenging or uncomfortable.

This is where structured tools meet real people, practical feedback, and shared momentum.

What Community and Coaching is for

Career change is rarely blocked by a lack of information.

It’s blocked by:

  • uncertainty

  • second-guessing

  • lack of accountability

  • fear of making the “wrong” move

Community & Coaching exists to help you:

  • pressure-test your thinking

  • get unstuck faster

  • stay consistent when motivation dips

  • move forward with more confidence

Beyond inspiration, it’s about supporting execution.

Who Community and Coaching is for

Community and Coaching is designed for people who:

  • are actively participating in the 30-Day Job Clarity Sprint

  • want human feedback alongside AI guidance

  • benefit from accountability and external perspective

  • don’t want to navigate career change alone

It’s especially useful if you:

  • struggle to commit to decisions without validation

  • want to sense-check your career direction

  • feel isolated during job search or transition

  • work best when progress is visible and shared

How Community and Coaching works

Step 1 : You join a focused cohort

Community is structured around intentional cohorts, not open forums.

Cohorts are:

  • time-bound

  • goal-aligned

  • small enough for meaningful interaction

Everyone in the cohort is actively working on career clarity and transition.

Step 2: You work in loops, not endless lists

Community and Coaching includes:

  • facilitated group sessions

  • structured prompts and discussions

  • opportunities to share progress and blockers

Sessions are designed to help you:

  • articulate your thinking

  • hear how others are approaching similar challenges

  • learn from real examples over impractical theory

Step 3: You receive coaching input

Coaching is integrated where it creates the most leverage.

Coaches help you:

  • review your Career Assessment

  • sense-check your Career Transition Blueprint

  • validate or challenge your chosen path

  • unblock execution issues

Coaching is focused on decision clarity and momentum to help you attain your career goals.
