I created WORK-SELF out of my own search for career alignment. The distance between who I was and what I did kept growing and I needed a way to bring them back together.

One thing I want to call out is the Career Path generator. When I was deciding to move into entrepreneurship further, the generator did more than flatter my instincts. It mapped the concrete action items and milestones for each path I considered. For an alluring but more exotic option, becoming a full time artist, the roadmap was brutally helpful. It showed the weeks alone in a studio, the portfolio cadence, the marketing and gallery cycles, and the financial runway required. Seeing those milestones made a hard truth visible: prolonged solitude in the studio was a showstopper for me.
