The Agentic Enterprise: Session 2 - The Context Gap: What AI Agents Need to Work Across the Enterprise

An AI agent can have access to a model, CRM, knowledge base and workflow platform and still lack the context required to complete work correctly.

Enterprise work depends on more than access. Agents need to understand the task, the workflow state, the employee involved, the applicable rules and what action is appropriate at that moment.

Session 2 examines the Context Gap and the infrastructure required to deliver the right context to agents while they work.

We will cover:

  • Why access to enterprise tools is not the same as situational context

  • The role of enterprise data, workflow state and Human Context

  • How semantic retrieval helps prepare relevant context for agents

  • Interoperability and Model Context Protocol in dynamic context delivery

  • How context infrastructure can be applied to a live enterprise workflow

Speakers: Wolf Magdelinic (CEO of WORK-SELF) and Abhishek Rungta, CEO of INT Global (TBC)
