As AI agents move from generating output to taking action inside enterprise workflows, responsibility becomes a design question.
Who owns the work? Who can make the decision? When does an employee need to review the output? How far can an agent act independently? What happens when risk, missing context or an exception appears?
Human judgement cannot simply be added after an agent has been deployed. It has to be designed into the workflow.
Session 3 looks at how enterprises can structure the relationship between employees and AI agents as autonomy increases.
We will cover:
Where human judgement should remain in an agentic workflow
How to define ownership and decision rights
Where review requirements belong
How approvals, handoffs and escalation should operate
How to scale governed human and agent workflows without creating another layer of manual review
Speakers: Wolf Magdelinic (CEO of WORK-SELF) and Ashutosh Garg, CEO of Eightfold AI (TBC)
